Location-based experiences, made in Utah
Art strolls, festivals, historic walks and summer programs, brought to life on every visitor's phone. They scan a QR code, follow the map, and each stop tells its story. No app to download.
From printed map to living experience
A printed map lists a title and an artist next to number 7. On a phone, number 7 lights up as you walk up. The artist reads their statement in their own voice, a short video shows how it was made, and you vote for your favorite before moving on.
When a piece moves or a stage time changes, it's fixed in minutes. No reprinting.
How it works
Visitors scan a QR code on a sign, a poster or the big welcome screen at the entrance. They pick a nickname and make a cute character. That's it.
The map shows where to go next. Stops open as people arrive: stories, music, questions, things to collect. Families start a group and see each other on the map.
Finishers earn your reward and get a thank-you email with your offer. You get the numbers: who came, what they loved, and when.
Built for big days
We produce the whole experience with your content, then hand you a simple studio to change anything: drag a pin, swap a photo, update a time. Your brand, front and center.
One person starts a group, everyone else scans their invite. Characters on the map, group chat, and a team mode where one find counts for all.
Floors and your own floor plans for museums, libraries and campuses. Streets and parks for everything else.
A full-screen "scan to play" page for a TV or tablet at the entrance, with your logo and a giant QR code.
Coupons, prizes and finisher offers from you or your sponsors, with limits you control.
No location history is ever stored. Kids under 13 play with a nickname only. Emails only with permission, with one-click unsubscribe.
Results you can show
Printed maps can't tell you how many people came, which piece they loved, or how long they stayed. We can. Every experience comes with a report you can share with your board, your council or your sponsors.
Proven in our own game
Our location-based zombie game taught us what makes people walk farther, stay longer and come back: great stories, real rewards and playing together. Every Wandering Systems experience is built on those lessons. ZombieShoe launches March 20, 2027.
Tell us about your event, your place and your date. We'll come back with an idea, a plan and a price.
